Nice stay but housekeeping issues

We had a solid time here! The staff at the bar and restaurant were awesome, super friendly. Breakfast was a winner, and we enjoyed the pool too, although it could've been a tad warmer. However, housekeeping was a letdown—couldn't even get enough towels and they took my husband's water bottle without replacing it. Really? Not cool for the price!

No bar staff at the pool when it was cold!!! Housekeeping needs improvement, as they just flipped the bedlinen instead of changing it!!! Fixing leaking showers and upgrading the outdated TVs would be appreciated!!!

We enjoyed a lovely riverside stroll to Howard Smith Wharves, taking in the beautiful views. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, making meals with the family, including my nephew, a delightful experience.

In my wife’s opinion, the kids wished for more breakfast options.

We enjoyed eight nights here, highlighted by the exceptional service from Scotty at the front desk. He went above and beyond, making our experience delightful. The dining options were impressive, offering consistent and delicious meals. A tip for future guests, engage with the staff for insider recommendations.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly, setting a positive tone for our stay. The Premium King Room with City View was immaculate, featuring thoughtful touches like lavender oil and sanitizing wipes. While the breakfast was fantastic, ensuring a great start to the day, we encountered some setbacks with luggage service and miscommunication from the concierge team, which was disappointing. Cleanliness of the facilities stood out, with friendly cleaning staff attending to them.

the shower had low water pressure. but the room was spacious, clean, and modern. great location near restaurants and only a short walk to south bank. reception staff were friendly and let us check in early.

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the delicious barista-made coffee and the exceptional breakfast spread in the club lounge. The seamless room service made it feel pretty special, but the housekeeping could brush up a bit.

The Westin King Room offered comfortable beds and a modern bathroom that made settling in easy. Having large windows provided natural light, but also resulted in a somewhat chilly atmosphere due to their openness to the street.

The lobby felt cramped and uninviting, lacking a proper meeting space or cozy lounging area. The bar's decor seemed temporary and not well thought out, giving off a vibe more like an Ibis than a Westin. Additionally, the breakfast lacked variety and was surprisingly disappointing, especially considering the price paid for the stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful 2-night stay while exploring Brisbane. The Twin Queen River View room was lovely and had a modern bathroom, along with incredibly comfortable beds. The atmosphere in the lobby bar was lively, making it a great place to enjoy a drink. Special thanks to Daniel, the team leader, who was very engaging and made us feel at home. The Settimo restaurant offered delicious homemade Italian dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed, enhancing our overall experience.

my stay at the westin was a delight! the breakfast in the club lounge was fantastic, featuring barista-made coffee that kicked off my day perfectly. the front desk service was excellent, making check-in smooth, and the room was beautifully presented. also, the heavenly spa offered a top-notch massage that helped me unwind. the location is ideal for relaxing and decompressing.
